Welcome to the Third Eye Vegetarian Restaurant.

During out travels through India and Asia, however, Carline and I have learned to appreciate different cultural values and embraced their healthier lifestyles as our own. Back here in Crete, we are blessed with such a healthy abundance of fruits and vegetables, (not to mention on olives and olive oil), that living a vegetarian life becomes the obvious choice.

We always take advantage of the freshest crops and constantly changing menu reflects this.
The wine, cheeses, olive oil and many of the vegetables served in our restaurant come from our own family farm. We take pride in giving you the best.
When a crop has a very short season, or its harvest does not co-operate. For your convenience, we have indicated this alongside the item’s description.
We take pride in giving you the best.
It is not typical to be a vegetarian in Greece. There are some aspects of our culture that are inseparable from our dependence upon livestock.
For thousands of years in Crete, few families were without goats and chickens raised for milk eggs, and meat.

In fact, with the fine ingredients available her, it has not been difficult to lure many local Cretans away from their meat eating ways. Without abandoning the delicious traditional meat-free meals of Crete, we have put together a wide array of foods from many cultures that exemplify the virtues and variety and variety of a vegetarian diet.
If you have any suggestions on how we can improve the quality of service, or if you have any complaints about your meal tonight, please tell us. We gauge our success our success on your satisfaction. From all of us here we wish you a pleasant meal, an enjoyable stay, and a healthy life.

Carline and Eftichios Botonakis
